We get it Oversized fits are a vibe, but sometimes the scale isn’t quite right.

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once the Vault door closes, the shipment is in motion, and we are unable to process cancellations.
We cannot offer refunds for a "change of mind." However, we understand that finding the perfect size is crucial, and we're here to help you get the flawless fit you deserve with our exchange process.
Condition for Exchange:-
1. Unworn & Original:-
The jersey must be returned in its original "Vault" frosted packaging, with absolutely "NO STAINS, SCENTS OR ANY SIGN OF WEAR."
2. The Process (2-Day Window):-
You have exactly 2 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for size issues. Here's how to initiate it:
Email Us: Shoot an email to thakkarmihir@thevaultdrip.com with your Order Number and the specific size you require for exchange.
Reverse Pickup: We'll either arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or guide you through the return shipping process.
Our Quality Guarantee (For Defective Gear) :-
We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our drops. To ensure this, all concept jerseys are checked twice for quality and accuracy before they are dispatched, significantly minimizing the possibility of any defects.
However, in the extremely rare event that your gear arrives damaged or with a printing error:
Film the Unboxing:
To help us expedite your claim, we strictly require that you record an unboxing video as soon as you receive your package.
Contact Us Immediately:
Connect with us via email on the exact same day you receive the package. If your claim is validated, we will replace the defective item at absolutely zero cost to you.

Because our concept jerseys are produced in limited runs, we cannot always guarantee that your preferred size will be in stock for an exchange. If your size is no longer available, we will issue you Store Credit instead.
